Pune, 23 April 2025<\/strong> \u2013 \u201cBusiness and trade are constantly evolving, and so are the ways in which they are operated. Therefore, employees working in any organization must continually learn and master new technical and industrial skills. It is essential to stay updated with technologies like Digital Technology, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning. Symbiosis Skills University is actively working to prepare both students and working professionals for these emerging fields. As part of this initiative, the University has provided training and certificates to 29 managerial-level employees of Avinash Cargo Pvt. Ltd. on various topics,\u201d shared Dr. Swati Mujumdar<\/strong>, Pro-Chancellor, Symbiosis Skills and Professional University, during the certificate distribution ceremony.<\/p>\n The School of Ports, Terminal Management and Logistics<\/strong> at Symbiosis Skills and Professional University successfully conducted a 4-month Leadership Development Program<\/strong> (January\u2013April 2025) for the managerial employees of Avinash Cargo Pvt. Ltd. (ACPL). The impactful journey concluded with a Certificate Distribution Ceremony.<\/p>\n The second batch of the program included team leads and frontline leaders from the CRM team, Sales team, Logistics Operations, and Export Operations Management<\/strong>, representing the second division of ACPL. A total of 29 participants received training in various subject areas.<\/p>\n Shri Avinash Shelke<\/strong>, Director of Avinash Cargo Pvt. Ltd., shared, \u201cThe training provided by Symbiosis Skills University is extremely beneficial for our employees. Most of them have only basic educational backgrounds and often face challenges that require higher and more modern training. This type of training equips them with essential skills like decision-making, leadership, and teamwork. It also helps them stay up to date in a fast-changing work environment.\u201d<\/p>\n Mr. Raghavan Santhanam<\/strong>, Director of the School of Ports, Terminal Management and Logistics at SSPU, said, \u201cThere is a growing need for highly skilled employees in business. Although there are numerous schools and universities in India, students rarely receive the kind of training actually needed for real-world work. Hands-on experience is hard to come by, and Symbiosis Skills University is working extensively to bridge this gap.\u201d<\/p>\n Earlier, in the first batch of the program, 30 Country Managers<\/strong> from the first division of Avinash Cargo Pvt.
